Grow Together Therapy › Online therapy
Virtual sessions with a licensed Michigan therapist, matched within 24 hours, in-network with six major Michigan plans.
In-network with BCBS Michigan • Priority Health • Aetna • Cigna • Carelon • Ascension SmartHealth
Grow Together Therapy is a Michigan practice. Every clinician is licensed in Michigan, which means we can see anyone physically located in the state — from Detroit and its suburbs to Grand Rapids, Lansing, Flint, Traverse City, and the Upper Peninsula.
We work with individuals, couples, families, and teens aged 12 to 17. The reasons people start with us are the ones you would expect: anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship difficulty, grief, substance use, questions of identity, and ADHD. If what you are carrying is not on that list, the intake form asks in your own words and a therapist reads it before your first session.
Michigan has long stretches where the nearest practice taking new clients is a serious drive. Virtual care removes drive time as the deciding factor, which matters most in the places where in-person options are thinnest.
It also removes the scheduling problem. A session you can take from a private room at work, or after the kids are down, is a session that actually happens.
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Priority Health, Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Ascension SmartHealth.
Many in-network clients pay approximately $0–$40 per session, depending on plan benefits, deductible, and eligibility. We verify your benefits before care, so you know your cost before your first session. Private pay is $150 per session.
We check your benefits before your first session rather than after, so the cost conversation happens up front.
Fill out the intake form and tell us your plan, what you are dealing with, and when you are generally free. We verify your benefits and match you with a licensed Michigan therapist within 24 hours.
If the match is not right, you can switch in one click. No awkward conversation, and no starting the intake over.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room. Online therapy is not emergency care.
