Virtual family sessions with a licensed Michigan therapist, without coordinating one drive for everyone.
In-network with BCBS Michigan • Priority Health • Aetna • Cigna • Carelon • Ascension SmartHealth
Families often arrive having identified who the problem is. Sometimes that person genuinely is struggling. But the reason family therapy exists is that behavior which looks individual is frequently the most reasonable available response to a pattern everyone is participating in.
That reframe is not about assigning blame more widely. It usually comes as a relief, particularly to whoever has been carrying the label.
Sessions may include everyone, or the therapist may work with different combinations at different times, depending on what is stuck. Who is in the room is a clinical decision your therapist makes with you, not a fixed format.
Virtual sessions matter more here than anywhere else. Getting four people into one room at one time is often what kills family therapy before it starts. A shared video call is a materially lower bar.
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Priority Health, Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Ascension SmartHealth.
Many in-network clients pay approximately $0–$40 per session, depending on plan benefits, deductible, and eligibility. We verify your benefits before care, so you know your cost before your first session. Private pay is $150 per session.
Fill out the intake form and tell us your plan, what you are dealing with, and when you are generally free. We verify your benefits and match you with a licensed Michigan therapist within 24 hours.
If the match is not right, you can switch in one click. No awkward conversation, and no starting the intake over.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room. Online therapy is not emergency care.
