We collect information you give us when you submit intake or application forms, schedule appointments, or contact us — including name, phone number, email, and related details. We also collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not sell this data.
If you opt in to text messages on our website forms (for example /start-therapy or /apply), we may send transactional and operational texts about your therapy request, application, appointment status, intake follow-ups, and care coordination. SMS opt-in is voluntary and is collected through a separate, unchecked checkbox — it is not required to submit a form or receive therapy services. Message frequency varies.
